We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the evening reception. The location was perfect, very near to Taksim Square and close to the center. It was convenient for transportation, with easy access to taxis for the airport.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to the center and Taksim Square. It's perfect for exploring the city and easy to take a taxi to the airport. the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. The staff at the reception are extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any needs.
The breakfast could be improved, as it was not of the best quality and lacked variety.

The staff at Napolyon Hotel were pretty good too ensure our comfort. They promptly addressed any issues we had, like a broken lamp and shower problem. We were impressed by their responsiveness and kindness. The room design made us feel like royalty, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city.

Large, well-decorated room. Convenient location with shops and attractions nearby, including Madame Tussauds. Free parking available. High-speed internet and quick hot water. Comfortable bed and efficient AC. highly recommended.
